EU Regulation 679/2016 provides for the right to the protection of personal data concerning natural persons. In compliance with this Regulation, our Company informs you of the provisions below:
(a) purpose and legal basis for the processing of data: the processing of personal data relating to you is intended to allow Persico S.p.A. and Persico Marine S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as the "Companies") and their employees and partners to carry out the following activities:
1. Holding of meetings or seminars by unrecorded videoconference mode.
2. Meetings or webinars in videoconference mode recorded in the presence of documented organizational reasons or to keep internal training seminars necessary for the Company's organization.
3. Compliance with any legal obligations.
We also wish to inform you that:
• concerning the purpose referred to in points "1" and "2", the processing may be carried out without your consent as it is necessary for the use of the videoconference or webinar (art. 6.1 letter b) of the Regulation) and, in the case of recorded video conferencing, based on a legitimate business interest (6.1 letter f) of the Regulation).
However, we hereby inform you that in the event of a videoconference or recorded seminar you will receive the appropriate ALERT and that you are always entitled not to activate the video functionality of the technological tool used;
• concerning the purpose referred to in point "3", the processing may be carried out without your consent whenever necessary to comply with any legal obligations (Art. 6.1 letter c) of the Regulation, for example, any orders from the Authorities to combat cybercrime activities.
(b) methods of data processing: the processing shall be carried out mainly at the IT level, in compliance with the security measures referred to in Article 32 GDPR.
(c) communication, data transfer and disclosure: except when required by law or Regulation or by EU legislation or depending on technical needs connected to servers and computer platforms (in which case the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. of the Regulation will apply), your data are not subject to transfer outside the territory of the European Union or the European Economic Area and are not subject to disclosure.
Your data may be communicated to professional entities to examine your position in case it is necessary to defend the right of the co-owners in court.
Your data may also be communicated to subjects identified by law depending on the fulfilment of a possible legal obligation.

(g) data retention period: the data will be stored only in case of recording for a maximum period of 10 (ten) years from the date of the seminar or videoconference, without prejudice to further storage in the case it is necessary to defend a right in court and for any orders of the Authorities.
(h) complaints: you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor in any case of unlawful processing of your data.
