WHO WE ARE

We, Persico Automotive GmbH in Kirchanschöring, started at the beginning of 2020 as part of the Persico Group. Persico is a family-run company based in Italy, 65 km north-east of Milan.
Worldwide, more than 700 employees work for the group at locations in Europe, the USA, Mexico and China. As an international company in mechanical engineering with a focus on the automotive industry, we are currently facing strong growth, which requires us to find creative solutions worldwide in order to meet the complex demands of our customers.
The location in Kirchanschöring is the competence center for the development and commissioning of tools and machines in the technologies of vacuum laminating, edgefolding and hot riveting.
 

FIELD OF ACTIVITIES

To support our team in Germany, we are looking for a process technician to take on the following tasks at the earliest possible date:
 
  • Mechanical installation of equipment and tools (vacuum laminating, edgefolding, riveting)
  • Installation and commissioning in-house as well as at the customer's site
  • Carrying out process adjustments as well as fault diagnosis
  • Performing tests on our laboratory equipment
  • Carrying out training courses for customer personnel at the customer's site
  • Conducting acceptance meetings with the customer
 
For these activities we expect the following skills:
 
  • Completed technical education
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the commissioning of vacuum laminating & edgefolding tools desirable
  • Willingness to travel and driving license class B
  • Openness and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team

Mechanical Assembler 

Responsibilities:
  • Read and implement the technical drawings of the system;
  • Ensure all assembly phases related to the specific order in compliance with the assigned timing;
  • Carry out the assembly of mechanical parts in compliance with company safety directives;
  • Perform the assembly of mechanical parts in compliance with company safety directives and interface with technical offices and colleagues for the HW, SW and Robot part;
  • Ensure correct assembly and report any anomalies;
  • Manage the start-up phase at the Customer, with international travel.
 

Required qualifications:

  • Diploma in Technical Expert;
  • Knowledge of mechanical drawing;
  • Knowledge of mechanics, automation, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
  • Knowledge of English, minimum required level A2/B1;
  • Availability to travel abroad within the EU and outside the EU (30% of working time).

As part of the strengthening of the workforce, we are looking for a:
 

MILLING MACHINE with CAD CAM programming

 

The chosen resource will be responsible for:

  • Operating CNC milling machines;
  • Programming the work cycle for the CNC starting from mathematics;
  • Configuring the piece and the equipment on board the machine;
  • Presetting the Tools;
  • Aligning and equipping the 3-axis and 5-axis machine;
  • Using measurement tools to control the work performed (e.g. indicators, pointers, gauges, etc.);
  • Optimizing the tool path;
 

Required qualifications:

  • Diploma in technical expert or similar
  • Experience in the role of at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of Cad Cam programming software
  • Knowledge of composite materials is appreciated;
  • Ability to read technical drawings;
  • Reliability;
  • Ability to work in a team;
