In its purpose-built Nembro facility of nearly 6000 sq.m, Persico Marine manufactures composite parts, ranging from infusion to autoclave-cured pre-preg carbon components.

The plant features technologically advanced equipment and tooling to achieve the quality expected by our customers, including:
- Modular oven for the curing of large shells
- Vacuum table for flat part construction (dimensions up to 9.0×4.5m)
- Autoclave (dimensions up to 2.6×7.2m)
- Three 5-axis milling machines (dimensions up to 25.0×7.0xh3.0m, 17.5×6.5xh2.5m and 8.0×4.5xh2.0m, respectively)
This state-of-the-art equipment enables Persico Marine to produce innovative moulds with a great reduction in production time, all the while ensuring the highest accuracy.
The Persico Marine facility recently received Germanischer Lloyd approval, thereby guaranteeing traceability and quality control during the manufacture and delivery of our products (shop approval KBZ 1207 HH).
