The Company Persico S.p.A. was founded in 1976 by Pierino Persico as a wood model workshop and became rapidly one of the best performing companies on the Italian market. In a short time it expanded its business to manufacturing aluminium and steel moulds for trim interior parts, automotive and industrial vehicles sound and heat insulation panels through the Compression Division as well as aluminium rotational moulds through the Rotational Division becoming a leader on the European market in both fields.

Over the years, an increasing development in the perspective of a complete furnishing service to the customer has brought to the birth of a new division, Automotive Division, with the objective of creating complete automations, at first for the automotive sector, then extended to the rotomoulding sector. On the basis of the experience matured by non-stop following of the customer needs, which were orienting to the supply of complete production packets, we created the Automotive Division (the union between Compression Division and Automation Division), were we realize systems (lines) and turnkey automatic production systems for the automotive sector and automation systems for the rotomoulding process.

The lastborn division in terms of time, but with the same philosophy of the complete service, is the Nautical Division, which is able to support, follow and realize nautical sector projects, starting from the design up to the prototype realization.
