Persico Nautical Division is the first Italian Company which makes use of a milling machine up to dimensions (20 x 8 x 3.5) m, apart from other three machines dimensions (17.5 x 6.5 x h 2.5) m and (8.0 x 4.5 x h 2.0) m and (20,0 x 8,0 x 3,0).

Precision and speed: these machines guarantee the realization of one-piece plugs (and of different types of moulds) within reduced times, with best quality and perfect dimensions, features incomparable to the manual model production.
A further manufacturing time shortening is due to the possibility of using a lot of milling machines (25 machines of various dimensions, some of which of last generation with movements on magnetic field) in order to realize all the plugs concerning the project.
Thanks to all these machines it is possible to mill all the smallest details in association and in parallel with the main plug.
