Thanks to the combination of an extensive history of designing custom equipment and an in-depth knowledge of the rotational moulding process, Persico is able to develop customized Leonardo machines to suit any application beyond the standard range of sizes available. Depending on part size and shape, the quantity of moulds required and specific client requirements, a machine lay-out can be created to optimize part performance and production rates. Direct mould heating and automatic mould opening are concepts in common with standard models, while solutions are different regarding machine dimensions and layout, powder loading/unloading systems, part extraction and downstream handling all form part of the development of specialized solution.
